completed mixed-use podium apartment communty

This mixed-use podium build community, located in Ventura, CA, was completed in June of 2019.  This project has residential units over commercial, office space, and a parking structure. Adroit provided the Project Management necessary to complete the plan documents, engineering and construction as the General Contractor.
